  • Will I get a certificate?

    Yes, if you complete all Program Modules and pass the quizzes with the required pass grade within the access period, then you will earn a Completion Certificate.

  • What is Non-Award Study?

    Non-Award Study means you engage in a program or course of study that does not lead to a formal academic qualification like a diploma or degree. This simple and flexible learning style allows individuals to study for personal enrichment, professional development, or to gain general academic knowledge that supports forward study goals or employment and career requirements.

  • How long is the program?

    The purchase price includes access to the Learning Management System and Program for 1 Year. You may study at your own pace but must complete the Program within this period to obtain your completion certificate.

  • How many hours must I study?

    The Program includes approximately 200 Notional Learning Hours. The actual number of hours depends on individual use and pacing. For example, some learners may spend more time undertaking research or completing assignments.

  • What language is used in the Program?

    All iPASS programs are developed in English and are intended to be delivered in English. However you may choose to translate the Learning Management System (LMS) navigation or program content using the LMS settings or translation features available in some web browsers. iPASS does not guarantee the accuracy of any translations and takes no responsibility for translation outcomes.

  • What age should learners be?

    All iPASS programs are developed for learners who are 15 years of age or older. This is because of the educational material which targets learners who are starting to develop their career path or plan their university study. Younger learners may not appreciate the learning material and its concepts. The Purchaser may, at their own discretion and risk, use iPASS products for learners who are younger than 15 years of age where the Purchaser accepts their responsibility to act as a guide and assist the learner to understand of the material.

  • Who do I submit assignments to?

    • If you are studying in a class group your Facilitator (Teacher) will advise you on this.
    • If you are an individual learner (studying by yourself) then you may like to arrange for someone you trust to review your assignments and provide feedback. The critical educational part of the assignment is for the learner to research and create the assignment.
    • NOTE: iPASS does not provide a Facilitator or review assignments.
